The French comic that served as the original inspiration for this anime was first translated into a weekly Shounen Japanese manga and then into an animated TV series with two seasons currently available to stream.
Lerche’s animated television adaptation was announced in January 2018 and debuted on October 6, 2018. October 2, 2019, saw the start of the second season, which was announced in February 2019. It was produced by NHK Enterprises. Seth, a cursed 15-year-old young man, learns magic and embarks on a quest to locate Radiant in order to vanquish the Nemesis that resides in his world. He constantly gets into trouble, though, because of his eagerness. In this anime, we learn about his amazing journey; the bravery with which he confronts the monster; his new friends; and how he overcomes the challenges that stand in his way.
Radiant Season 3 Release Date
The show has not yet been canceled or renewed for a second season as of this writing. Since the start of the second season in 2020, two years have passed. Since the creator of the show has simply run out of the manga from which it is being adapted, the delay in the announcement of its third season is understandable. Both the Japanese manga and the French comic book are currently still being published. The manga’s most recent material was wrapped up with the second reason two years ago.
As the show was quite popular among young fans for them to permanently cancel it, we can anticipate hearing about the news for the upcoming season as soon as the studio has enough materials for it. It is possible that the premiere will take place in late 2023 or early 2024 after we hear the news about the new season in late 2022 or early 2023.

Radiant Season 3 Story
In Seth’s universe, anyone who survives a battle with a nemesis acquires a curse and the power to use “Fantasia,” a form of magic, making them a sorcerer. Ten years later, Seth survives an attack from his own archenemy, develops into a sorcerer with two small horns as his curse mark, and gains the ability to exterminate the monsters on his terms. The first season had 21 episodes, and the second season had the same number of episodes.
The group successfully captures a number of significant Inquisition foes, and the second season ends with Ocoho, an apprentice of the Order of the Sorcerer-Knights of Cyfandir, joining them on their journey to Radiant. This concludes the second season. If the third season is announced before the writers have enough material for it, we can expect a lot of fillers, but if a faithful manga adaptation is made for the new season, we will get to see more of Seth’s thrilling adventures as he struggles with the monsters inside him and the Nemesis and searches for Radiant as he moves forward.
