Mental Coach Jegal Episode 1 Story
The title character, Je Gal Gil, a former member of the national taekwondo team, serves as the central figure in the story of Mental Coach Jegal. However, he was ultimately expelled from the team as a result of some instances in which he acted improperly. He doesn’t let it deter him and enters the athlete’s village for the national team as a mental coach, proving the show’s title is accurate. He collaborates there with Park Seung Ha, a current coworker and counsellor at the athlete’s village. Additionally, he meets Cha Ga Eul, a short-track speed skater, with whom he strikes up a friendship and collaborates to help her and the other athletes there win competitions by enhancing their performances.
The character who ruined Je Gal Gil’s life, Ku Tae Min, is the antagonist of the show. He is the director of the athletic association’s human rights centre and a member of the national taekwondo team. Ku Tae Man is fiercely competitive and places an emphasis on getting things done.
