Killing Eve, produced by Sid Gentle Films in the United Kingdom to be broadcasted on BBC America and BBC Three, is a British spy thriller series. The series revolves around Eve Polastri who is a British intelligence investigator ordered to capture a psychopathic assassin Villanelle. The two develop obsessions over each other as their chase progresses. The series is based on the novel written by Luke Jennings called Villanelle, with each show’s series having a different female writer. The final series is currently being written by Laura Neal.
The first season of the series aired on 8 April 2018 on BBC America and on 15 September 2018 on BBC iPlayer through BBC Three. The third season aired on 12 April 2020 on BBC America and on 13 April 2020 on BBC iPlayer ending on 31 May 2020. The fourth and final season aired on 27 February 2022 on BBC America and 28 February 2022 on BBC iPlayer while airing separately on 5 March 2022 on BBC One.
The first two seasons received heavy criticism, while the last two seasons got rather mixed reviews. The series broke weekly ratings and won many awards. Some of which include the British Academy Television Award for Best Drama Series. Both Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer were praised for their actions in the series and both actresses have won many Best Actress awards for their acting. While Fiona Shaw won an award for Best Supporting Actress.
Killing Eve Season 4 Episode 4 Release Date
The fourth episode of Killing Eve season four, titled “It’s Agony and I’m Ravenousis” scheduled to release on March 13, 2022. Killing Eve is currently being telecasted at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST on BBC America and every Monday on AMC at 9 p.m. The duration of the episode is expected to be approximately 40-43 minutes, similar to the previous episodes of this season. It follows the third episode, “A Rainbow in Beige Boots” and will be continued by the fifth episode, “Don’t Get Attached” which will air on March 20, 2022.

Killing Eve Season 4 Episode 3 Recap

Although the last two episodes had a slow start, the story is still progressing smoothly.
Episode three shows the continuation of Villanelle’s existential crisis however she decides to take the proper steps to keep herself from falling apart altogether. Villanelle, after being criticized by Eve, decides to seek help from Martin a psychology expert specializing in psychopaths, who is a consultant working with the MI5.
Even when it comes to her investigation into the Twelve seems to have hit the ground running and chooses to hone in on Hélène due to the shocking discovery she made about the latter’s new motivations in the last episode. She gets a rather disturbing lead that helps her unravel the puzzle she’s working on.

Pam albeit unstable is an assassin in the making and Konstantin is given the job to handle these killing machines who is pulled away from his easy-going new life to handle the duty of a familiar.
The highlight of this episode was the interaction between Martin and Villanelle with the former needing a lot of prodding than the latter to gain her help. The psychologist even at the risk of his own life tries to unravel the reason behind Villanelle’s problems. He also questions why she is fascinated with Eve.
The turning point in the relationship between Eve and Villanelle comes when the latter keeps Martin hostage.

Sandra Oh plays the role of Eve Polastri, an M15 analyst who becomes extremely preoccupied with the notorious assassin Villanelle and is recruited to the foreign intelligence agency MI6.
Jodie Comer plays the role of Oksana Astankova / Villanelle who is a psychopathic and skilled assassin. She becomes obsessed with the MI6 officer, Eve who is tracking her.
Fiona Shaw plays the role of Carolyn Martens, the head of the Russia Section at MI6.
Kim Bodnia plays the role of Konstantin Vasiliev. Is Villanelle’s handler.
