Kengan Omega is a Japanese manga that is written by Yabako Sandrovich, illustrated by Daromeon, and published by MangaONE & Ura Sunday. It is also the sequel to Kengan Ashura written by Yabako Sandrovich, having started its serialization in April 2012 and ending in August 2018 with 27 volumes. Kengan Omega began in 2019 and is currently ongoing with 11 volumes. It was adapted into an anime series as a twelve-episode anime that aired on Netflix in July 2019. The second part was also a twelve-episode anime that premiered in October 2019.
Kengan Ashura follows the story of Kengan matches where wealthy business owners and merchants hire fighters known as gladiators to fight in combat where the winner takes all. Yamashita Kazuo is an average salaryman who chances upon a fight between two such gladiators. Kazuo is pulled into becoming the manager of Ohma, a gladiator. Ohma is then called to participate in the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. The reward for winning this tournament is the seat of Kengan Association chairman, a position of great prestige and power.
The sequel Kengan Omega starts two years after the Kengan Annihilation Tournament on Ganryu Island and follows the story of Koga Narushima an aspiring fighter and Ryuki Goah as they get pulled into the underground world of Kengan matches.
Kengan Omega Chapter 150 Release Date
Chapter 150 of Kengan Omega is set to be released on 9 March 2022. As of now, Section 150 has made its debut and the further chapter has been teased on television. It is currently one of the most popular and most-watched shows in its genre and all its 12 episodes of both parts one and two can be found on Netflix. One of the main reasons that the series has had a successful run since its first volume is due to its captivating story that is that reaches the same level as its first run Kengan Ashura. This series is a must-read on many Anime and Manga fan lists.

Kengan Omega Chapter 147 Recap
Chapter 146 revolves mainly around the joy-filled days of the Kengan Association after the big Kengan vs Purgatory tournament. Despite Worm members roaming without much restrain, they don’t seem to be an immediate threat. Flashbacks of Erioh Kure’s funeral are shown, where although it is an extremely sad day for the Kengan association and its fighters, they somehow regain their flames of passion and unity. They have now closer and stronger as a team and are ready to face any challenge that may come their way.

Koga has become extremely popular amongst his college and batchmates in his university. He pays a visit to Hayami Masaki, who has recently joined the Judo Club, similar to Meguro Masaki in his youth. Koga’s main reason for visiting is to console Hayami for the loss of his father. However, Koga is yet to realize that Hayami was the one who murdered his own father. After his father’s death, Hayami’s Uncle Katsujiro becomes the president of Toyo Electrics, to which Hayami comments that the company is finally back to stability thanks to his uncle.
Koga after having a meal with Hayami goes to meet Ohma. Koga has been practicing seriously and vigorously every day since joining the Kengan Association. He has had difficulty in fighting someone who has had a long losing streak, so he firmly believed that the upcoming days would only get harder. He spends the day with Ohma, roaming and gossiping around. Just as they are about to part ways Koga asks Ohma for a fight. On the other hand, on the opposite side of the city, Goah Ryuki and Kiryu Setsuna meet to set out on a journey to bring the world back to its rightful path.
Kengan Omega Characters
Gaoh Ryuki who is also nicknamed The Dragon King is a mysterious young man who appeared suddenly, wanting to enter the Kengan matches. He is then scouted for the Kengan Association by Yamashita Kazuo for the Kengan Association vs Purgatory Tournament.
Narushima Koga is a young man who to attain greater fighting strength enters the underground fighting scene and the Kengan matches. He seems to have some connection to Tokita Ohma.
Edward Wu also nicknamed The King of Hades was the leader of the Wu clan’s Westward Faction and an affiliate with Worm. He is one of the main antagonists of the Kengan Omega.
