After finding an ancient talisman on the dead body of Tommy’s sister Jenny, Kai, Tommy, and Lu Xin travel to Bangkok, Thailand to hunt down her killer. There they meet William Pan biotech, who requests them to find and bring Ku An Qi, his twin sister and underworld boss, who had been consuming qi in massive amounts to increase her supernatural powers. Pan explains that he and Ku are from the lineage of Pangu, who was killed by the first Wu assassin and whose essence is found within two talismans, the first in the possession of Pan and the second found on Jenny’s body, which previously belonged to Ku. Pan explains that Ku killed Jenny during her search for Kai, but ended up losing her talisman in the fight. Pan tells the trio that with the power of both talismans he can defeat Ku and restore order to the universe.

With Preeya, Tommy’s friend joining the group, they decide to kidnap Ku from a meeting of the city’s Triad bosses. Ku however uses her powers to control everyone in the building to attack the group while Kai is ambushed by Zan, a long-time foe, who is currently working for Ku. With the help of Zama, Lu Xin’s former lover and an Interpol agent after Ku, they take refuge in Preeya’s village. There the village shaman informs them about Pan’s true motives. Pan and Ku offer to bring back Preeya’s dead family in return for stealing Tommy’s talisman, which she then uses to absorb Kai’s qi. The village is attacked but the group manages to escape and tracks down Pan and Ku. It leads them to the site where Pangu and the first Wu assassin fought. Fistful of vengeance on the other hand shows the legacy of the Wu assassin. Kai after defeating Pangu will surely gain a greater understanding and the importance of the Wu assassin, which will further develop his character for the future to come.
