Cherry Blossoms After Winter is a romantic drama series that originates from South Korea. This web drama is an adaption of an anime and manga series which goes by the same name and is written by BamWoo. It is a warm and pure love story about two teenagers TaeSeong and HaeBom. Ok JinWook and YG model Kang Hui (Kang Hee) are the leads in the drama. Not only this, but this drama is Ok JinWook’s first leading role after he appeared in the drama Be My Dream Family. Cherry Blossoms After Winter Season 1 Story
The story of the series revolves around Seo Hae Bom. He had to move in with an adoptive family due to the death of his parents at the mere age of 7. His adoptive family also has a young son of the same age named Jo Tae Seong. He considers the boy to be everything that he is not that being tall, handsome, popular, caring, and worthy of love and attention, and is in absolute awe with him. Seo Hae Bom on the other hand thinks himself to be inferior and is humbled by the kindness of the family that took him in and embraced him. After Seo Hae Bom and Jo Tae Seong end up in the same high school class things become slightly different for the two of them. They start to spend much more time than ever together at home and at school suddenly. An unexpected romantic spark ignites between the two even after they have developed a sort of brotherly love as they have now united in the same class.
