MBC Tv’s web series ‘Big Mouth’ just finished its launch of 16 episodes on 17th September, Big Mouth is a K-drama Tv show launched on 29th July 2022. Since then two episodes in a batch have continuously been released each week (Friday and Saturday) on MBC tv’s streaming platforms. Written by Kim Ha-Rama and created by Jung Kyung-soon, Big Mouse is a crime, legal and hardboiled genre drama series. Under the production of Studio Dragon, the series cost 30 billion South Korean Won in the production process.
In the show, ‘Big Mouth’ is the nickname of the main character Park Chang-ho who is a third-rated lawyer with a success rate lower than ten percent. Park needed to make money but he fails, later in the series Park who is concerned about the welfare of his family, is forced to get involved in a serious crime investigation which turns the tides against him and puts him in grave danger.
Big Mouth was scheduled to release in the last few months of 2021 with the famous South Korean streaming platform tvN, somehow it moved to MBC TV in April of the following year. On 6th July 2022, Disney Entertainment Plus released the trailer of the show with a brief introduction of the main star cast of the show. Im-yo-ha and Kim Jon-Hun are seen playing the main roles.
Big Mouth Season 2 release date
No announcement has been made about the release of the second season by the production company, so there is no confirmed release date for Big Mouth season 2. The show performed remarkably well on the rating chart with 5/5 on Google audience reviews. Big Mouth also procured 8.5 out of 10 on IMDB’s official website. Generally, in K-drama most of the shows are wrapped within one season, in the case of ‘Big Mouth’, it can be the opposite. If MBC finally decides to renew Big Mouth, it will be in the last months of 2023.

Big Mouth Season 2 story
MBC TV is still to make decisions on the future of the show, renewal of the show beyond the first season might trigger a lot of plots for season second. The story of the first season was about the struggles of Park Chang-Ho to get out of a drug abuse case in which he is convicted to jail. Season 2 might potentially add another adventure for Park in the world of crime.

In season 1 we Park Chang Ho a very struggling family man whose occupation is a criminal lawyer. Park’s career in legal wasn’t going so well when he was sent to jail for accusations made against him in a drug abuse case. Park fights his way out of jail with the continuous support of his wife Mi-Ho. Park was identified as a ‘Big Mouth’ due to his talkative habit. Mi-ho does her best to clear her husband’s name from the case by providing him with financial and emotional support.
