This can happen during a conflict that Afro is caught in or when Afro appears to be virtually alone.
Sio is the main antagonist in Afro Samurai: Resurrection and a fictitious personality from the Afro Samurai anime. She is Jinno’s younger sister. The main foe in Afro Samurai is Justice. For most of Season 1, he held the Number One Headband.

His body is covered in many blotches that give the impression that his skin is diseased. A significant figure in the universe of the Afro Samurai is Jinnosuke, also known as Jinno. Later, he becomes known as Kuma.
In addition to Ninja ninja, Takimoto is one of the two world guardians, and one of his duties is to watch after the owner of the number one headband. Like Ninja ninja, Takimoto appears to be ageless and immortal. The father of Afro Samurai is former number one Rokutaro. Despite being the best warrior, Justice kills him. His passing prompts Afro to begin looking for vengeance. He wears his afro in a ponytail like his son does, at least in the anime, but in the manga, he resembles Afro perfectly.
